Adabi Serbuk Kari Ayam Dan Daging (Halal)

Cooking method:

  • Pound 6 pieces of shallots and 5 cloves of garlic together with ginger.
  • Mix tamarind juice into it, add in curry powder, and mix with meat.
  • Saute with remaining shallots finely sliced. Incorporate 3 cups of water. Cook until the meat becomes tender (30 minutes) and add in coconut milk.
  • Add in cinnamon, star anise, and cloves. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste. Ready to serve.
