Cooking Instructions:

  • Stir fry 1 packet of Dollee Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken & 2 potatoes(cut into pieces) for 10 minutes
  • Add 400-500ml water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally
  • Stir in 200ml coconut milk or fresh milk & bring to a boil under medium heat until the oil rises. Serve hot with rice or bread

Also great with other meat (beef, mutton, etc). Delicious to enhance the flavour of marinades, stir-fries and BBQ.
