  • Put rice noodle into boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes whilst stirring occasionally. Take rice noodle out and rinse with cold water, then drain the water and mix the noodle with a bit of sesame oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other
  • Seasoning sliced sirloin beef or any meat with pepper, salt, seasoning powder and white wine
  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a small bit of cooking oil and garlic, cook & stir garlic in the hot oil until fragrant, and then add beef or any meat, carrots, beans sprout, and celeries. Stir frequently and season with fish sauce
  • Lastly, serve cooked rice noodles with the above mixture, sprinkle with a pinch of pepper, and then serve hot.
