 Ingredients: Chilli, Coriander, Clove, Cinnamon, Aniseed, Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Nutmeg, Starnise, Salt.

 Recipe: Fry 200g onion in 200g edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add 3 tomatoes, 200g curd, 1 spoon lemon juice, 50g Sakthi Briyani Masala, 1kg mutton or chicken or 1/2 vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Add necessary water, 1kg briyani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves, and cook till whistle. After 20 minutes, tasty briyani is ready to serve.
