 Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Curry leaves, Pepper, Tumeric, Fenugreek, Salt, Refined Groundnut oil.

 Recipe: Clean 1kg fish, make pieces, and keep them aside. Fry mustard in edible oil with cumin, 100g chopped onion, 2 green chili, 3 tomatoes, and curry leaves. Add 50g Sakthi Fish Curry Masala along with necessary tamarind pulp, 1 cup coconut paste, salt to taste, and water. Boil this for 10 minutes. Add cleaned fish pieces and boil for 5 more minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now taste Fish Curry is ready and it can be taken along with boiled rice, idli, dosa, and chappathi.
