Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Aniseed, Tumeric, Star anise, Curry leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace, Refined Groundnut oil.
Recipe: Fry mustard in edible oil with 100g chopped onion, Add 1kg mutton, 50g Sakthi Mutton Masala, coconut paste, salt to taste, and water. Boil the contents for 30 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty mutton gravy is now ready to serve. This masala can also be used to prepare vegetable gravies.
