Ingredients: Coriander, Toor Dhall, Cumin, Horsegram, Chilli, Pepper, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Garlic, Tumeric, Curry leaves, Salt, Refind Groundnut Oil.

Recipe: Make 1 litre of Tamarind/tomato juice. Fry mustard, chilies, and curry leaves in edible oil. Add tamarind/tomato juice, 1 spoon Sakthi Rasam Powder, salt to taste, and boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Rasam is now ready to serve.
