Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Black Gram Dhall, Fenugreek, Salt, Curry leaves, Cumin, Pepper, Mustard, Asafoetida, Tumeric, Ginger, Toor Dhall, Gram Dhall, Refind Groundnut Oil.
Recipe: Boil 200g dhal. Fry mustard, chopped Onions, Green chilies, and curry leaf in edible oil till golden brown. Take 100g. Vegetable cuttings of your choice,2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, 1 spoon Sakthi Sambar Powder, salt to taste, and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Sambar is now ready to serve.
