 Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Salt, Kasuri Methi, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Black Cumin, Tumeric, Nutmeg

 Recipe: Cut a dressed chicken of about 1kg. (use fresh chicken of not more than 1 1/4kg only) into 4 pieces. Make several deep parallel cuts in the pieces. Marinate the pieces in the mixture of 1 1/2 cup curd, 25g. Sakthi Tandoori Chicken Masala. 2tbsp, lemon juice, and salt to taste for 2 hours. Keep the marinated chicken pieces on a pre-heated (180?) grill and cook for 25-30 minutes or in a moderately hot tandoor oven for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked light brown. Paste the chicken pieces with ghee or edible oil and cook for further 2-3 minutes. Kepp the pieces in a serving tray. Squeeze a lemon and sprinkle Sakthi Chat Masala over the pieces. Serve with onion rings, lemon wedges, and green chutney.
