Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Pepper, Fenugreek, Salt, Curry Leaf, Refined Groundnut oil.

Recipe: Fry 500g, of vegetables or 25g, dry vegetable vathal, mustard, curry leaf, and onion in edible oil. Add squash from 25g, tamarind and 2 tomatoes, 1 cup coconut paste,50g. Sakthi Pulikulmbu Powder, Salt to taste, and boil well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now taste Vathal Pulikulambu is ready to serve.
