Madras Sambar Powder
Spice blend to prepare Madras Sambar
Recipe: Boil 100g Dhal and keep aside. Take 2 tbsp of edible vegetable oil. Once the oil gets heated, add mustard, chopped onions, curry leaves, and fry till golden brown. Take 100g of vegetable of your choice, 1/2 cup tamarind juice, 2 tbsp of Aachi Madras Sambar Powder, salt to taste, and cook with pre-boiled dhal for 10-15 minutes, Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Aachi Madras Sambar is ready to serve.
