Chai has been served in India for centuries and each family has its own special recipe. Our Cardamom Chai blend is based on the family recipe of our Masterblender, Jimmy Jal Medhora to give you the authentic taste of India. We combine Assam tea leaves and spices to create a delicious drink that is said to warm the heart and heal the soul.

Tea: Using one tea bag per person, add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk (or dairy-free alternative) and sugar to taste.

Latte: Using one tea bag per person, infuse in simmering milk (or dairy-free alternative) for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to taste
