This recipe brings a traditional Malaysian flavour.
Cooking Instructions:
Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Paste for Prawn Noodle with 1600ml boiling water, simmer it over low fire for 5 minutes.
Blanch 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 bowls
Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallot and spring onion.
Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve
