You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with price tags and labels intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If these conditions are not met or if the return is deemed unreasonable, we will not accept the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
We will inspect the item within 5 working days of receipt.
We will notify you of the outcome and the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (bank, credit card, etc.) within 5 working days from the date of approval.
You will receive a notification via your provided email address.
The actual credit may take additional time depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Please note that our original shipping charges are non-refundable.
